Credits
Credits are prepaid and drawn down per token at the listed model prices. Purchased (paid) credit and promotional (bonus) credit are tracked separately; usage always consumes bonus credit first.
Refunds
Unused paid credit is refundable within 30 days of purchase on request. Bonus credit — top-up bonuses, rank bonuses, achievement rewards, perk power-ups and lucky-wheel prizes — has no cash value and is not refundable or transferable.
Service availability
Model availability depends on upstream providers. The status shown in the catalog is informational; degraded or offline models may route to alternatives when you use the Smart Router.
Account termination
We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination for violation, remaining bonus credit is forfeited; unused paid credit is refunded.
Privacy Policy

What we store
Account details (name, email), hashed API keys, billing records, and per-request metadata (model, token counts, latency, status). Request and response bodies are not persisted beyond the time needed to route and bill the request.
Training
Your prompts and completions are never used to train models — ours or anyone else's.
Third parties
Requests are forwarded to the selected model provider under our data processing agreements. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
Your rights
Export or delete your account data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Prohibited uses
No malware generation, no automated harassment or spam, no attempts to produce content that sexualizes minors, and no activity that violates the upstream model providers' usage policies.
Rate limits & fair use
Keys are subject to per-minute rate limits and the spend limits you configure. Circumventing limits, sharing keys across organizations, or reselling access without a partner agreement is prohibited.
Security research
Good-faith security research against your own account is welcome — report findings to security@rooter.dev. Testing against other tenants' data is prohibited.
